Strategy and Knowledge Lead

Main responsibilities:

• Develop data-driven strategies and innovative solutions using both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Collaborate in identifying target audiences and refining needs, leading to impactful intervention designs.
• Provide executive consulting to senior leaders, guiding projects focused on improving quality of life and employment outcomes.
• Manage interdisciplinary knowledge teams, including analysts and external vendors, in research-based projects.
• Oversee real-time performance management and evaluations to guide strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement user-friendly data systems that facilitate decision-making and provide actionable insights.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (research focus required), Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in applied research (data collection, analysis, tool development, and report writing)
• Strong executive consulting background, particularly with senior leadership
• Experience in performance management and effectiveness evaluation
• Team management experience
• Familiarity with diverse research methodologies (e.g., design thinking, behavioral economics)
• Experience in strategic consulting or market research firms
• High level of English proficiency (reading, speaking, writing) – an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
