We're looking for a Software Quality Assurance Specialist with experience in software QA and test automation to join our growing Quality team. In this role, you'll help verify and validate the software behind our advanced robotic and medical automation systems, combining hands-on testing with automation development and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and user stories.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing on multidisciplinary products.
- Validate the functionality, reliability, usability, and performance of robotic and medical automation systems.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira and Orcanos.
- Maintain test documentation, reports, and traceability records.
- Participate in requirements reviews, design verification, and risk analysis activities.
- Support software verification and validation (V&V) in compliance with medical device regulations.
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Regulatory teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
What You Bring
- B.Sc./B.A. in Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in software QA and test automation.
- Experience testing multidisciplinary, embedded, or hardware-software integrated systems.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within a regulated environment.
Nice To have
- Background in robotics, motion control, or automation equipment.
- Familiarity with medical device standards (IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 60601).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and technologies such as Bitbucket, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Experience with .NET applications, Windows environments, and automation frameworks (NUnit, PyTest, etc.).
- Programming/scripting experience in Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
- Experience building or maintaining test automation infrastructure.
