The Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Development Representative who is ready to kickstart or propel their tech career. It's less about about years of experience; we care about your drive, your intellect, and your innate ability to connect with people and close a deal.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Growth: Identify and reach out to prospective clients through research, cold calling, email, and social selling.
- Master the Product: Quickly learn the cloud industry and Sela's value proposition to engage in high-level conversations with decision-makers.
- Qualify Leads: Determine if a prospect is a good fit and move them through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Account Executives to build a robust pipeline and hit monthly targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales Experience (B2B/B2C): You might be early in your career, but you know how to influence, persuade, and handle objections with ease, and you have proven this in some manner.
- Unstoppable Motivation: You are a self-starter who views "no" as just another step toward "yes."
- Exceptional Learning Curve: You can synthesize new data rapidly and think on your feet during live calls. You can quickly absorb complicated information and conduct an intelligent conversation about it.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication in both Hebrew and English is a must.
- Excellency Mode: You like to be very good and succeed at everything you do.
